About Maplewood Real Estate Agent - Fran Lichtman
Fran is a Native New Yorker who moved to Maplewood from the Upper Westside of Manhattan. Like many of you,
she moved in order to find the right place to raise her family. She liked what she had read about Maplewood,
but as native a New Yorker, she drove to New Jersey thinking she would probably rule it out. When she and
her family arrived here, however, and saw how great it is, she knew she was in the right place. She quickly
got past that psychological hurdle that so many New Yorkers encounter and started looking at homes.
She has a strong professional background that she brings to her Real Estate business. Fran was a Senior Vice
President of International Sales and Marketing at Atlantic Recording.
As a resident of the community she services, she is fully familiar with the schools, Houses of Worship,
events, programs and facilities that these towns have to offer. She loves what she does and enjoys creating
community for herself and the people she helps to find homes.
