Guidance During a Multiple Offer Situation
We had the most incredible experience working with Fran her amazing team. Being from out of state, we knew very little about the area, and as first time buyers, even less about purchasing a home. Fran was knowledgeable about the area and about the process and was extremely patient with our questions. We knew we were going to be in a multiple offers situation, and Fran guided me carefully through the offer process so that we were able to secure the home we wanted. Fran’s team supported me with useful information about moving from the city to South Orange and getting my children registered for school. They even brought us pizza on move-in day which was an incredible life saver!
